I needed a new golf trolley and with so may to choose, finding the trolley that would not only appeal to me, but because I wanted a push trolley that would suitably accommodate my Callaway Rogue tour bag, finding the right one had the potential to be somewhat complicated. In finding one that appealed to me with the likelihood also of a suitable fit, the golf store I selected (Discount Golf Store) went above and beyond the normal to help so that we could avoid awkward returns and unnecessary delays. To achieve this, the staff set up the trolley, unpacked the identical golf bag I own and tested to see if all fitted properly. Moreover, pictures were then emailed to me to confirm suitability and I purchased the trolley without further hesitation. While I was aware the shipping would be free, I did not expect to find the trolley on my doorstep the next day. Great dispatch by the store as well as DPD with the delivery. Clearly, a first class effort and my utmost appreciation was extended to the manager. jf

The bag I purchased is lovely. But delivery was a pain. DHL wanted to deliver at 8-9pm on Weds when I was out. I nominated a “safe place” for parcel to be left and put lights on etc. No delivery. Message later saying they missed me! Reckon driver didn’t try.
Parcel delivered next night.

Purchased my son his ‘next size up’ new set of clubs….. after his first set were purchased from DGS also. Delivery was really quick and a smooth process. Also by far the cheapest source for the clubs. Would recommend highly.

Ordered a putter off the website, next day, they didn’t have the putter and they’ve stopped making it now! Offered a similar one and refunded the difference(least to be expected) but the man didn’t seem that bothered about it to be honest! Shame, not ordered from them before so took a chance but won’t order again.
